Reiki Level 1 equips you to practice Reiki on yourself, others, plants and animals. It is the introduction level into working with Reiki energy and is required to advance your practice further to level 2 (needed to practice professionally) and master.

- you get initiated into Reiki energy and attuned to Level 1 Reiki symbols

- give and receive Reiki confidently

- the benefits and characteristics of Reiki

- the Reiki history

- how to work with the chakra system

- learn how to create a safe and sacred space

- how to conduct a reiki session

- how to close a session

- how to protect yourself energetically

- cleansing
